- Coffeen Lake has a 25-horse power outboard motor limit.
- Life jackets must be worn on take-off. 5-second intervals between take-off positions - NEW Coffeen Creel limit: 3 bass: 1-15 inch & over and 2 under with minimum 12 inch
length per angler.
- More than 2 fish over 15 inches, is automatic disqualification due to violation of Illinois State Limit Law.
- Total weight of team will establish eligibility for prizes.
- NO FISHING IN BUOYED-OFF AREAS OR OTHER RESTRICTED AREAS THAT STATE “ NO BOATS”.
- One-pound (1 lb) penalty for each dead fish. All
live fish must be return to lake for immediate release.
- One-pound (1 lb) penalty for each short fish. Golden Rule is official measuring devise.
- Teams who bring in more than one dead fish will be DISQUALIFIED from tournament.
- No Trolling. No Live Bait.
- In event of ties: Ties will be broken by most fish, then big bass, and finally, money split
- 1st & 2nd Big Bass included in entry fee. One Big Bass per team.
- $15 per Entry fee per tournament will be held for the Classic fund.
- Classic:
100% payback. (Big Bass Trail will be notified in early October of Classic Prize. )
- Substitutes can be used with PRIOR Tournament Director’s approval. All Tournament Director’s Rulings are final.
- Points are
awarded for fish weighed plus 10 points for tournament entry. (1st place – 100 pts, 2nd place – 99 pts, etc.)
- Anglers will respect other tournament
anglers in a professional manner. Poor sportsmanship will not be tolerated.
- Social security numbers will be required before payout checks are issued.
